  24. I've got two IDE drives on my A1200T and from what I remember you
  25. will have to configure the jumpers on the Quantum to tell it that
  26. it is the ONLY drive not just that it is the master. Then boot
  27. (hopefully) and go into HDToolbox, where it will say that your
  28. set-up has changed, and do you want to save new set-up.
  29. (Do a backup first tho':-))

  31. P.S. If you've cured your space probs. why do you want to remove
  32. the other HD?

  34. P.P.S. Did you find that when you added the slave drive the master
  35. slowed down?
